New Library User Registration
Important Note
A valid RU Smart ID, mobile number, and email address are required. After submitting the form, please verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your email. Finally, visit the designated Circulation Section Head with your smart card to complete account approval.

- Set your own password for OPAC access
- Borrow books, renew online, place holds
- Email verification required to activate account
